SIGN LANGUAGE ASSISTANCE
Effective communication is essential, especially when it comes to medical appointments or witness statements.
That’s why we provide British Sign Language assistance (BSL) to the Deaf or Hard of Hearing Populations. ProLanguage offer access to BSL interpreters either face-to-face or through virtual delivery.
Our BSL support can also be available to customise websites, social platforms, advertising, and provide inclusive customer information.
Interpreting assistance
We have been providing interpreting services in court for over 10 years.
Our interpreters are carefully selected and are members of the National Register of Public Service Interpreters, The Chartered Institute of Linguists, The Institute of Translation and Interpreting, and / or the Association of Police and Court Interpreters. Post-covid, we offer two types of services: face-to-face and remote interpreting.
Interpreting (now often necessary to assist non-native English speakers in legal proceedings) facilitates precise discussion, and helps to create a rapport with clients or partners from abroad.
We provide interpreting services in any language, so don't hesitate to call us to discuss your needs so we can find the best person for it. We can also have the exchange recorded for transcription and translation if needed.
Our interpreters are fully qualified to give accurate interpretation from any language into English and vice versa.
They operate in a various range of situations:

Interpreting in court for witness testimony or cross examination

Interpreting in a police station to obtain a statement from a witness or accused

Interpreting in a government office such as a Benefits Office to facilitate the interview

Assisting people to interact verbally with one another (business presentation, interviews, medical or commercial discussions)
We can provide all types of interpreting: Simultaneous, Liaison Interpreting (or Dialogue Interpreting), Consecutive or Whispered Interpreting.

Prices for interpreting are based on the interpreter’s time and expenses.
Our guide price per hour includes the work of the interpreter as well as the travel and subsistence expenses for the delegation.
We apply discounts for period contracts. This guide price per hour will vary according to location, language, situation and the nature of interpretation.

Transcription Services
Our transcription and translation service provides a comprehensive solution for a wide range of needs.

Sign Language Assistance
ProLanguage provides professional sign language interpreting services to ensure effective communication between Deaf and hearing communities.
