Court Proceedings Translation

Every courtroom relies on paper and legal proceedings often involve a large number of documents. When a matter goes to court you will need to be prepared in advance with all the information about your case.

This can include written evidence, expert reports, trial dates, applications or correspondence with the court clerks.

Preparing for court in a foreign country means it can be difficult for you to stay informed.

Not only do we understand the languages of the world, we also understand the courts.

Sworn Statements & Affidavits

A sworn statement or affidavit is a declaration given under oath.

It is usually made in the form of a document, signed in the presence of a person who has authority to administer an oath, such as a notary, a lawyer or solicitor as a witness.

Let us know what you exactly need and for whom, and we will organise everything for you.

We can, once your document is translated and certified, get your document ready for the FCO / Foreign Office if necessary, and everything will be directly delivered to your door.

Witness assistance Court proceedings translation

Witness Statements

If you’re involved in a legal dispute, you may be required to fill out a witness statement, setting out your account of the facts or the account of the facts of a witness. This statement is a crucial document during the process of giving evidence and can be referred to in court, which is why an accurate translation is imperative. Recent legislation also require to have non-native English speaking witnesses to be assisted by an interpreter for their deposition. Our team of legal translators ( and interpreters) will ensure that your statement is translated with 100% accuracy and diligence, giving you the peace of mind and freedom you need to concentrate on other matters.

We are well-experienced in delivering such documents into and from any language which can be prepared or drafted, certified, and notarised, if necessary.

We can help you all along the way, from the first draft to the notarisation and final delivery of your documents.
